By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

BeFitliner is a fitness-related application that enables users to:

  • track fitness progress and goals,
  • receive training and nutrition-related guidance,
  • access gym-related features such as membership extensions or training reservations,
  • interact with fitness centers and trainers through the App.

The App itself is free for end users.

BeFitliner acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary. Fitness centers and trainers use the App to offer their services to users. BeFitliner may receive a 10% service fee from fitness centers or trainers for transactions facilitated through the App.

3. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

  • All payments for gym memberships, training sessions, or related services are processed by the respective fitness center or trainer.
  • BeFitliner does not act as the seller of these services.
  • Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and disputes are handled exclusively by the fitness center or trainer that provided the service.
  • BeFitliner is not responsible for issuing refunds or handling cancellations on behalf of fitness centers or trainers.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

The App may provide fitness, training, nutrition, or lifestyle-related information.

Important disclaimer:

  • BeFitliner is not a medical service.
  • The App does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.
  • All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
  • You should consult a qualified professional or physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

You use the App and perform any exercises or activities at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you:

  • are at least 18 years old or have legal consent to use the App,
  • will provide accurate and up-to-date information,
  • are responsible for your own health, safety, and physical condition,
  • will not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

BeFitliner is not responsible for the content, availability, or functionality of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BeFitliner and Globalio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
  • BeFitliner is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of fitness or nutrition guidance,
  • BeFitliner is not liable for disputes between users and fitness centers or trainers.

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

BeFitliner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if the App is misused.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
