Do I have to replace my existing access system?

Not necessarily. Fitliner can run alongside your existing system if the technical setup is compatible. We check it before installation.

Do I have to remove reception?

No. Keep your reception. Fitliner can handle routine tasks and complement the way you already operate.

Do I have to open 24/7?

No. You choose your opening hours. Round-the-clock access is an option, not a requirement.

Who installs Fitliner?

A qualified electrician or technician, using the supplied diagram. We can help remotely if needed.

What if I don’t know which system I use?

That’s fine. Describe your entrance in the optional compatibility check and we’ll help assess the setup.

What do I get for a one-time €15 payment?

A Fitliner chip for your door or turnstile, a wiring diagram, instructions and support. EU delivery is included. Owners and clients get free lifetime access to the Fitliner app with no monthly subscription.

What happens after I order?

We assess your entrance, agree the next steps and service terms. Your electrician installs the unit and we set up your gym, memberships and access together.

How much do transactions cost?

You and all your customers can use Fitliner completely free, without limits or ads. If you choose card payments with automatic membership renewals and invoicing, we charge a 10% service fee on those payments.

Does Fitliner work with turnstiles?

It can, depending on the turnstile’s controls and technical configuration. We check the specific model first.
